Did you know?
*Raw, natural honey never expires if stored properly. (Air tight container)
*Our honey may contain small amounts of pollen and wax that make their way to the top of the jar
*Most honey will crystallize eventually if it is truly raw, taste does not change, just a different texture.-This is a natural process.
*If you would like to crystallize your honey sooner, place it in the fridge for a few days-many people prefer the crystallized honey because it can be easier to spread and it is not as messy.
*To get honey back to liquid, place the honey container in some warm water, repeat if necessary.
*Never microwave honey or heat it up to high temperatures-that leads to loss of enzymes
