Most of our items are shipped from San Leandro, California 94577. UPS only handles up to a maximum of 150 lbs., over that weight will require the services of a freight company. Please inquire about the freight/shipping charges before you bid or purchase an item. We ship from a UPS store; therefore we do not get shipping charges online. We do not mark up any UPS cost, we only charge an additional handling fee of .00.  Wood crating and palletizing charges will be determined according to the size of the item. Palletizing & crating charges usually range from .00 up.
If free shipping is stated on the Ad it is only available for delivery to a business with a forklift in the lower 48 states; if a forklift is not available at your location please contact us so that we may make arrangements for a lift gate. Any extra delivery services will be the responsibility of the customer. Free shipping is only available to those within shipping/freight routes; any extra charges for out of area deliveries will be billed to the customer.
RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY
Gary S. Aragon offers a money-back guarantee within 14 days of purchase on all eBay items with the exception of items which are listed in the “As Is” or “As Shown” condition. These items do not carry our warranty. Any return shipping or freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Before shipping, all returns must be authorized by Gary S. Aragon, LLC.

STORAGE FEES
The following is the policy of Gary S. Aragon LLC  pertaining to additional costs that will be incurred due to delayed pickup or shipment or purchased goods. We regret that this policy must be put into place. It is required due to limited storage available at our facility. Gary S. Aragon’s policy is that any items that have been paid for but have not been picked up or shipped within fourteen (14) days of the sale date, due to a fault of the buyer, will be charged a daily storage fee as follows: The fee for small items that are less than 20 pounds will be charged at the rate of ten dollars (.00) per day. The fee for larger items more than 20 pounds will be charged at the rate of 20 dollars (.00) per day. The buyer will forfeit the item and any payments made when these fees reach either the sale price of the item or a time period of 90 days for the date of the sale, whichever occurs first. No money will be returned for forfeited items. Items are subject to re-listing immediately upon forfeiture. For items that have incurred storage fees, electronic payment of the fees due or cash will be required for the item to be shipped or released for pick-up. If you have a reason for a delayed pickup, please contact us in advance to get an estimate of the total additional cost.
