    Description

This item was part of legendary concert promoter Bill Graham’s private collection and has some residual damage from the May 7th, 1985 firebombing of his San Franciso office. Graham was critical of President Ronald Reagan’s visit to Bitburg Cemetery which held the remains of numerous Nazi War criminals. The 1985 firebombing resulted in his open and honest criticism in the San Francisco Chronicle asking President Reagan to reconsider his location for his Germany visit.
This unused concert ticket is from the legendary January 14th, 1978 Winterland concert which ended up being the last the original Sex Pistols ever played together. Johnny Rotten walked off the stage and out of the band that January night. Sid Vicious overdosed while awaiting his trial for knifing his girlfriend just a year later. Some historians point to this concert as the beginning of the end for punk rock itself.
